Flexible and Easy-to-Use Call Integration with ZenDesk, Salesforce, and More
With CRM integration in place, the customer service representative will have immediate access to the company’s customer relationship management system when answering a customer call.
Incoming calls can be answered on Mobile PBX, Microsoft Teams, the Line Carrier Contact Center app, or with a third-party phone system.
Line Carrier handles the integration on its own service platform by routing calls to the customer’s chosen phone application. The integration uses browser popup functionality.
Line Carrier’s Integration Hub is incredibly easy to use. To get started, simply log into the Integration Hub management app through a web browser, and calls can be answered directly. The Integration Hub stays open during use, either in its own browser window or as a browser tab. When the customer service representative answers an incoming call, the Integration Hub will automatically open the desired CRM or ticketing system.
The generic integration interface is included in all three Contact Center packages.
