Better customer service and economic advantages

At the outset, Linna Golf’s customer service was very busy, with thousands of calls a month, and not all calls could be answered immediately. Customers were leaving requests for calls, but these were not getting answered in a structured way due to the lack of an easy-to-use call management system.

The solution was found in Line Carrier’s Mobile Exchange and at the same time a service number was introduced. “Through Line Carrier’s service we have a clear picture of peak times and service load and if we’re not available, the auto-routing service provides us with the information we need about call requests and enables us to get back to customers,” says Esa Honkalehto, CEO of Linna Golf Oy.

“The new approach motivates us to answer the phone because we want to provide good service to our customers and we now receive a decent return for every call answered,” Esa Honkalehto continues.
